  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request

  • If the package appears tampered with or already opened, do not accept the delivery

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number, product details, reason for return, and the unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  3. Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to the return address provided

  4. We recommend using India Post – Parcel Service for reliable delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Please clearly mention the required size or colour while requesting an exchange

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Requests made after 72 hours of delivery

  • SALE, offer, or clearance sale products (no return or exchange available)

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return and reshipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Shipping charges will be covered by us only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
