Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

  • For orders below ₹1000, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight

  • If Shiprocket does not service your pincode, we use India Post – Parcel Service to ensure safe and reliable delivery

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp

  • You can track your shipment directly through:

    • Shiprocket tracking page

    • India Post tracking page (if applicable)

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout

Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or tracking is not updating, please contact our support team immediately

  • In case of a fake delivery attempt, contact us immediately and share details via WhatsApp or SMS

Advance Payment & Delivery Refusal

  • Advance payments are non-refundable if:

    • Incorrect address, pincode, or contact details are provided
